Questions people ask

What is included in a New Delhi tour package?
Private air-conditioned transport, an English-speaking guide, hotel pickup and the sightseeing. Monument tickets and meals depend on the package and are listed before you book.
Do you run full-day city tours?
Yes, both full-day and half-day private tours by AC car, with hotel pickup and drop.
When is the best time to visit Delhi?
October to March. Early-morning starts are better for the major monuments.
Can I customize the itinerary?
Yes — around your dates, interests, pace and hotel location.
What are the must-see places in Delhi in one day?
Red Fort, Jama Masjid and a rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk in the morning, then India Gate, Humayun's Tomb and Qutub Minar in the afternoon. Your guide adjusts the list to your pace and interests.
Is the Red Fort open every day?
No, the Red Fort is closed on Mondays. On a Monday we view it from outside and spend more time at Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar and the other monuments that are open.
What should I wear for Jama Masjid and the temples?
Clothes that cover shoulders and knees, and shoes that slip off easily, since footwear is removed at mosques, temples and gurdwaras. Robes are usually available at Jama Masjid if needed.
Can I do a Delhi tour during an airport layover?
Yes, if you have around eight hours or more between flights and the right visa to leave the airport. We pick you up at arrivals, cover the highlights and have you back in good time for check-in.
Is Delhi safe for tourists?
Yes, for travellers who take ordinary city precautions. With a private car and your own guide you avoid most hassles, and the guide steers you away from touts and commission shops.
