Privacy policy
What we collect when you enquire, why we keep it, and how to have it deleted.
Tajview Holidays is a tour operator based in Agra, India. This policy covers tajviewholidays.com and the enquiries we receive through it. It was last updated in October 2026.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, the number of travellers and anything you write in the notes. We collect nothing else from the website — there are no accounts, no comments and no advertising trackers.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, build your itinerary, and run the tour: the hotels, drivers and guides on your trip need the names of the people travelling and the dates. If you book, we keep the booking record for our own accounts as Indian tax rules require.
Who sees it
Only the people who need it to run your trip — our own staff, and the specific hotel, driver or guide handling a part of your itinerary. We do not sell enquiry data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to other travel companies.
Enquiries sent through the website arrive on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and carries its own privacy terms. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, email us instead at .
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser may store small preferences locally, such as a filter you selected on the tours page; that data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Embedded content
The contact page embeds a Google map. Google may collect data about that interaction under its own privacy policy, in the same way it would if you visited Google Maps directly.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Booking records are kept for eight years, which is the retention period Indian accounting rules require.
Your rights
Write to us and you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will act on the request within thirty days, apart from records we are legally required to retain.
