How long is the drive from Jaipur to Agra?

With the stops at Chand Baori and Fatehpur Sikri, leaving Jaipur at 6 am gets you to the Taj Mahal around 1 pm. If you continue to Delhi afterwards, expect to arrive around 10 pm.

Does this tour run on Fridays?

No. The Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays, so we run this tour on the other six days of the week.

Which tickets are included?

Taj Mahal and Agra Fort tickets are included. The Fatehpur Sikri ticket is not, and is paid at the gate on the day.

Can the tour finish in Delhi instead of Agra?

Yes. You can be dropped at your Agra hotel around 5 pm, or carry on to Delhi in the same car, arriving around 10 pm at your hotel or chosen address.

What do we do with our luggage while sightseeing?

Since you are moving cities, your bags travel with you in the car. They stay locked in the boot and your driver stays with the car while you visit each monument.

What about meals along the way?

Meals are not included, but your driver will stop for breakfast and lunch at clean roadside restaurants or in Agra. Vegetarian food is easy to find everywhere on this route.

Is this long day suitable for children or older travellers?

It is a long day, so we add rest stops whenever needed and keep the walking unhurried. If you would rather not travel on to Delhi the same night, ending in Agra makes the day much more comfortable.

What should I carry for the day?

Your passport or photo ID, comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses and a small day bag. Large bags, food and some other items are not allowed inside the Taj Mahal, so leave those in the car.
