Your day by day

1. Day 1

   Arrive in Delhi

   Our representative meets you and takes you to your hotel. Time to rest. Overnight in Delhi.

2. Day 2

   Old and New Delhi

   Pickup at 9 am. Old Delhi — Jama Masjid, a cycle-rickshaw through Chandni Chowk, a walk through the Khari Baoli spice market and a photo stop outside the Red Fort. Then New Delhi — Humayun's Tomb, India Gate, Parliament House, Qutub Minar and the Lotus Temple. Overnight in Delhi.

3. Day 3

   To Agra — the Baby Taj and Mehtab Bagh

   Breakfast and checkout at 10 am, about three hours to Agra. Itimad-ud-Daulah in the afternoon, then sunset at Mehtab Bagh with the Taj across the Yamuna. Overnight in Agra.

4. Day 4

   Sunrise Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri

   The Taj Mahal at sunrise, breakfast and checkout, then Agra Fort. On to Jaipur — about four hours — stopping at Fatehpur Sikri, the old Mughal capital. Overnight in Jaipur.

5. Day 5

   Jaipur city tour

   Amber Fort on its hill, a photo stop at Jal Mahal, the Hawa Mahal, the City Palace and the Jantar Mantar, with Patrika Gate in the late-afternoon light. Overnight in Jaipur.

6. Day 6

   Back to Delhi

   Checkout at 11 am and four to five hours back to Delhi, arriving around 3 to 4 pm at your hotel or the airport.

Yes. You can choose three-star, four-star or five-star hotels, or book the tour without hotels if you prefer to arrange your own.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel more than seven days before travel for a full refund of the deposit; closer to the date, costs already committed with hotels and transport are deducted. Our terms page has the details.

Can this Delhi Agra Jaipur 6 Days Tour be customised?

Yes. The itinerary can be shaped around your interests and pace, from timings and hotels to extra stops.

Is this tour available throughout the year?

Yes, it runs year-round. October to March is the most comfortable season for sightseeing, and we always plan around the Taj Mahal being closed on Fridays.

How long are the drives between cities?

About three hours from Delhi to Agra, around four hours from Agra to Jaipur with the Fatehpur Sikri stop, and four to five hours from Jaipur back to Delhi on the last day. Your driver will stop for breaks whenever you need one.

What if our Delhi sightseeing day falls on a Monday?

The Lotus Temple is closed on Mondays, so we either swap it for another sight or move the days around so you can still see it. The Red Fort is a photo stop from outside on this tour, so its Monday closure makes no difference.

Are lunch and dinner included?

Breakfast is included at every hotel, while lunch and dinner are paid as you go. Your guide and driver will point you to clean, well-loved restaurants, with good vegetarian choices in every city.
