Questions people ask

Is this a private 4 Days Golden Triangle Tour?
Yes. You have your own AC car, driver and licensed English-speaking local guides, never shared with other travellers, and the pace can be adjusted to suit your group.
Are monument entrance fees included?
Yes. All monument tickets are included in the price, and your guide handles them at each gate so you skip the ticket queue.
Is hotel accommodation included?
Yes, three nights are included, with a choice of three-star, four-star or five-star hotels. There is also a without-hotels option if you prefer to book your own rooms.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than seven days before travel for a full refund of the deposit; closer to the date, costs already committed with hotels and transport are deducted. Our terms page has the details.
Can I customise the itinerary?
Yes. We can shift timings, change hotel categories or add stops, as long as you share your preferences in advance.
Can this tour run throughout the year?
Yes, it is available year-round. October to March has the nicest weather for sightseeing, but the route is open in every season, and we always plan around the Taj Mahal's Friday closure.
Is 4 days enough for the Golden Triangle?
For most travellers, yes. Some days are full, but four days comfortably covers the headline monuments of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur.
How far are Delhi, Agra and Jaipur from each other?
Delhi to Agra is about 230 km (around 3 to 4 hours), Agra to Jaipur about 240 km (around 4 to 5 hours), and Jaipur back to Delhi about 270 km (around 5 to 6 hours), depending on traffic.
Can the Golden Triangle be done by car?
Yes, and a private car is the most popular and comfortable way to do it. Good highways, including the Yamuna Expressway between Delhi and Agra, keep the drives smooth.
Is this suitable for first-time visitors to India?
Very much so. It is one of the most popular first trips to India, bringing together history, food and architecture in a single well-organised tour.
