Questions people ask

Which cities does this Delhi Agra Jaipur Jodhpur Udaipur tour cover?
The tour takes in six stops: Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Pushkar, Jodhpur and Udaipur, pairing the classic Golden Triangle with the royal cities of Rajasthan.
What is the cost of a 10-day India tour with Udaipur and Jodhpur?
The price on the page is per person for two people sharing, and it depends on group size, car and hotel category, as well as the season you travel. We confirm a fixed quote with you before you pay anything.
Is the elephant ride at Amber Fort included in the price?
No, the elephant ride is optional and not included as standard. We can add it on request, along with a camel ride in Pushkar.
Can this itinerary be extended beyond 10 days?
Yes. Many guests stretch it to about 12 days by adding Ranthambore for a tiger safari or the desert city of Bikaner, and we are happy to plan a longer version for you.
Do I need a car, or can I use trains between cities?
You will travel in a private AC car with a driver for the whole trip. It is more flexible than the train, reaches smaller stops like Pushkar and Ranakpur easily, and saves you waiting around at stations.
Is this tour suitable for first-time visitors to India?
Yes, it is one of the best routes for a first trip to India, and your licensed English-speaking guides explain the history and local customs as you go.
How long are the drives in Rajasthan?
Most drives take between three and six hours. The longest is the Jodhpur to Udaipur day, which is broken up by a stop at the Ranakpur Jain Temple, and your driver stops for breaks whenever you need one.
Is there a dress code at the Ranakpur Jain Temple?
Yes. Shoulders and knees should be covered, shoes are removed at the entrance, and leather items such as belts, bags and wallets are not allowed inside, so leave them in the car.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than seven days before travel for a full refund of the deposit; closer to the date, costs already committed with hotels and transport are deducted. Our terms page has the details.
